Êtes-vous l'Account Manager que nous recherchons sur la région de Tournai pour une entreprise active dans les services RH et solutions salariales?

En tant qu'Account Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du portefeuille clients et serez soutenu par une équipe expérimentée de Payroll Advisors.

Vos mission :

  • Promouvoir et vendre les services du secrétariat social auprès des nouveaux clients et clients existants.
  • Détecter les besoins des employeurs et proposer une solution salariale adaptée et personnalisée.
  • Sur base d'une excellente connaissance de vos clients, présenter également les autres solutions du groupe?: optimisation salariale, conseils juridiques, outsourcing, outplacement, conseils en subsides, etc.
  • Assurer la gestion et le développement d'un réseau durable avec les employeurs et partenaires locaux (notamment les fiduciaires).
  • Organiser des sessions d'information pour clients et prospects : choix des thématiques, sélection des intervenants, gestion des invitations.
  • Suivre de près les évolutions du marché et anticiper les opportunités commerciales.

  • Une expérience confirmée dans la vente de services dans les ressources humaines.
  • Un talent naturel pour la prospection?: vous identifiez facilement les opportunités et transformez des contacts en relations durables.
  • Une capacité à comprendre des dossiers complexes et à analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Une orientation résultats marquée, avec la volonté d'atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs.
  • Un réseau bien établi dans la région de Tournai, vous permettant de créer des partenariats rapidement.
