Doel van de functie We zoeken een missie-gedreven Account Manager die met zijn of haar ervaring en skills vanaf dag één waarde kan toevoegen en gemotiveerd is om een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan de commerciële vastgoedsector. Deze persoon beheert en ontwikkelt sleutelrelaties binnen een divers stakeholderlandschap en combineert sterke commerciële vaardigheden met gestructureerd accountmanagement en een passie om klanten te laten winnen. - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid krijgen, waarbij we erop vertrouwen dat je ownership pakt en vanaf dag één waarde kan toevoegen. - Nauw samenwerken met vooraanstaande bedrijven binnen onze industrie. Denk aan ING, PIMCO, Vastint, Edge, Merlin, Schroders en wereldwijde toonaangevende technologie-, retail- en voedingsbedrijven; - Nauw samenwerken met onze CEO en het management team; Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Effectief een portfolio van key-accounts beheren en laten groeien.
