Ben jij een ervaren elektricien die toe is aan een leidende rol?

Zoek je de stabiliteit van een grote internationale speler, maar de vrijheid van zelfstandig op pad gaan?

Voor onze opdrachtgever — een toonaangevende, snelgroeiende speler in facilitair management en technisch onderhoud — zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamlead Elektricien.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen de werf, jouw team en de klant. Je vertrekt dagelijks rechtstreeks van thuis uit naar professionele klanten om complexe of dringende storingen te analyseren en op te lossen.

• Team aansturen: Je geeft leiding aan eigen technici en stuurt externe onderaannemers aan op locatie.

• Storingen & Analyse: Je spoort elektrische storingen op en weet ze trefzeker en veilig op te lossen.

• Schema's & AREI: Je maakt schakelingen en tekent/past eendraadschema's aan conform het AREI.

• Installatie & Onderhoud: Je vervangt of herstelt verlichting (led), stopcontacten en schakelaars.

• Keuringsrapporten: Je zorgt dat inbreuken op keuringsverslagen correct en tijdig worden verholpen.

• Data & Automatisatie: Je trekt databekabeling, verzorgt patching en verhelpt storingen aan automatische poorten.

Wie zoeken we?

• Opleiding & Ervaring: Een diploma Mechanica - Elektriciteit (of gelijkwaardig) en aantoonbare praktijkervaring.

• Leiderschap: Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van collega's of onderaannemers.

• Vakkennis: Grondige kennis van de AREI-normen.

• Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans (zeer belangrijk i.v.m. klantencontact).

• Rijbewijs: Geldig Rijbewijs B.

• Troeven: Attesten zoals BA5, VCA en hoogtewerker zijn een absolute meerwaarde.

• Houding: Je bent flexibel, proactief en klantgericht. Af en toe bijspringen in het weekend is voor jou geen probleem.
