Wat ga je doen?

In de rol van 360 graden accountmanager detachering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het matchen van ervaring en kennis in voornamelijk een ICT-, Logistiek- en Managementomgeving. Hierbij maak je vooral gebruik van ons persoonlijk en zakelijk netwerk. Daarnaast ben je de verbinding tussen onze professionals en klanten en streef je naar hoge kwaliteit en vooruitgang.

Daarnaast ben je continu op zoek naar het maken van de perfecte match tussen professionals en opdrachtgevers. Je maakt hiervoor gebruik van jouw eigen netwerk als het zakelijk netwerk van G-Nius.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Verkoopbeheer, accountbeheer en relatiebeheer. Resourcemanagement. Acquisitie new business. Analyseren van personele behoefte, processen en wensen kan de klant en deze vertalen in praktische oplossingen. Commerciële activiteiten, zoals het voeren van verkoopgesprekken, het uitbrengen van offertes, het onderhandelen over en afsluiten van contracten. Werving voor interim-professionals. Uitvoeren sollicitatiegesprekken. Interim- en Recruitment. Contactpunt voor klant en professional.
