Account Manager horeca - regio Limburg - fulltime (32 uur bespreekbaar) Onze opdrachtgever De Texelse Bierbrouwerij is in 1999 opgericht en gevestigd in een oude zuivelfabriek in Oudeschild op het eiland Texel. Sinds 1999 maken de brouwmeesters van de Texelse Bierbrouwerij hun bijzondere bieren. Gestart met 4 type bieren die tot op heden nog steeds deel uitmaken van de Texels familie. Sinds 2007 vindt er export naar het vasteland plaats en is er door samenwerking met verkooporganisaties inmiddels landelijke distributie. De brouwers van Texels produceren hun bijzondere, hoog gistende bieren op beproefde manier, in traditionele koperen ketels. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt zich en wordt steeds verder geprofessionaliseerd. Op dit moment worden er 13 verschillende speciaal bieren en Texels geheim gebrouwen. Het meest bekende bier van Texels is 'Texels Skuumkoppe' en de seizoensbieren vervullen een steeds belangrijker rol binnen de portfolio. Als Account Manager Horeca ben je het gezicht van de Texelse Bierbrouwerij in jouw regio. Je bezoekt drankengroothandels en horecazaken, en bouwt samen met de groothandels het volume van Texels uit bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten. De focus ligt op het acquireren van nieuwe klanten volgens een accountplan dat je opstelt op basis van jouw creativiteit en inventiviteit. Door jouw ondernemerschap en marktkennis weet je klanten voor je te winnen. Je werkt vanuit huis en hebt regelmatig contact met je collega's en de Regional Sales Manager in salesmeetings (o.a. op Texel) en bila's. Naast je primaire verantwoordelijkheid voor het succes in je regio, draag je bij aan een goede sfeer in het team door elkaar te stimuleren, motiveren en uitdagen om maximaal te presteren.
