Als Account Manager HVAC ben jij mee de motor achter onze groei. Je staat letterlijk en figuurlijk dicht bij de klant, beheert een portefeuille in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, en gaat tegelijk actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten. Bouwen én behouden — jouw speelveld.

  • Je bouwt actief aan ons klantenbestand en versterkt bestaande relaties
  • Je spot nieuwe commerciële kansen bij HVAC- en koeltechnische installatiebedrijven
  • Je benadert klanten proactief en denkt mee op lange termijn
  • Je onderhandelt op verschillende niveaus: installateurs, aankopers, managers technische dienst, …
  • Je vertaalt technische kennis naar heldere commerciële meerwaarde
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij e-commercevragen, helpt met documentatie en faciliteert trainingen via onze Academy
  • Eén dag per week hou je vrij om je agenda en CRM scherp te houden en vooruit te plannen

Jij bent een commerciële professional met technische feeling en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je hebt:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met warmtepompen en airconditioning
  • Een sterke commerciële drive en ondernemingszin
  • Een no-nonsense mentaliteit en resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en CRM
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in Oost- of West-Vlaanderen

Je bent een doorzetter, denkt in oplossingen, werkt graag samen — en voelt je goed bij zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid
