Deine Mission bei Rent.Group

Du bist das Gesicht unserer Marken Party.Rent und Fair.Rent in der Region Graz. Du gewinnst Neukunden, baust Vertrauen auf - und sorgst dafür, dass Rent.Group in deiner Region als der Partner bekannt wird, den die Branche braucht. Dank dir wächst unser Markt. Und wir wachsen mit dir.

Was dich erwartet? Das machst du bei uns:

* Marktausbau & Neukundenakquise

Du identifizierst und gewinnst Eventagenturen, Gastronomiebetriebe und Industriekunden in deiner Region - und bist ihre erste Anlaufstelle bei allem, was mit Ausstattung zu tun hat.

* Beratung & Projektbetreuung

Du begleitest Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigen Location: Bedarfsermittlung, Produktauswahl aus unserem Sortiment mit über 4.500 Artikeln, Angebot, Raumkonzept, Moodboard, Kalkulation, Logistikkoordination.

* Beziehungsmanagement

Ob Telefon, Video-Call oder Besuch vor Ort - du bist nah dran. Du nimmst an Abstimmungsgesprächen mit den beteiligten Gewerken und Location-Besichtigungen teil und führst selbstständig After-Sales-Gespräche und Projektauswertungen durch.

Was du mitbringst? Dein Profil:

* Vertrieb ist dein Handwerk

Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Neukundenakquise - du weißt, wie man einen Markt entwickelt und Deals schließt.

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium

Eine solide Basis, auf der du eigenständig kalkulierst, strukturiert vorgehst und wirtschaftlich denkst.

* Sicheres Deutsch & Englisch

Schriftlich und mündlich. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Bonus, den wir gerne sehen.

* Branchenwissen, das zählt

Tiefe Kenntnisse der regionalen Event-, Gastro- oder Cateringbranche. Du kennst die Abläufe, die Sprache und die Herausforderungen deiner Kunden.

* MS-Office sicher im Griff

Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook - du kommst damit durch den Alltag ohne Anleitungsvideo.

* Offene Persönlichkeit mit Energie

Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, begeisterst dich selbst für Produkte und Konzepte - und diese Begeisterung überträgt sich.
