Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Fungeren als primaire contactpersoon voor toegewezen klanten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties.
  • Beantwoorden van operationele vragen en proactief informeren van klanten over de status van hun zendingen.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
  • Opstarten van expeditiedossiers op basis van klantinstructies.
  • Dossierverantwoordelijkheid
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle transportdossiers.
  • Toezien op de volledigheid en kwaliteit van de documentatie.
  • Samenwerken met de Documentatie Assistent voor de verwerking van onder andere: Shipping Instructions (SI) Draft Bills of Lading (BL) Definitieve Bills of Lading Certificaten en overige transportdocumentatie
  • Opvolgen van openstaande acties en zorgen voor een correcte afsluiting van dossiers.
  • Optreden als eerste escalatiepunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Proactief communiceren bij vertragingen, incidenten of uitzonderingen.
  • Coördineren van oplossingen om de impact op de klant tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van internationale zee-, lucht- en/of wegtransporten.
  • Coördineren van alle betrokken partijen, waaronder klanten, rederijen, transporteurs, terminals, douaneagenten en interne afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van afgesproken service levels, deadlines en klantverwachtingen.Oplossen van operationele problemen en afwijkingen.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Een logistieke of administratieve opleiding (Bachelor-niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Uitstekende talenkennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans of Duits is een sterke troef voor dit internationale netwerk.
  • Vlot met IT-systemen; ervaring met logistieke ERP-pakketten of MS Office (Excel) zorgt voor een vliegende start.
  • Administratief ijzersterk en extreem accuraat (een fout in een containernummer spot jij meteen).
  • Stressbestendig en proactief in het halen van strikte deadlines
  • Een teamplayer met een open, communicatieve persoonlijkheid die makkelijk verbinding maakt met externe transportpartners.
  • Een flexibele en oplossingsgerichte instelling; jij denkt in win-winoplossingen wanneer een boeking dreigt te wijzigen.
