Account & Project Manager Wie zijn wij? Wolfstreet is een creatief bureau en productiehuis in Amsterdam. We maken campagnes en content voor merken, van strategie en concept tot productie en postproductie. We werken onder meer voor Vinted, BUX, STËLZ, Picnic, Independer en Catawiki. Wie zoeken we? Een Account & Project Manager met bureau-ervaring. Iemand die energie krijgt van goede ideeën, goede klantrelaties en projecten die soepel lopen, van de eerste briefing tot de laatste delivery. Je bent de dagelijkse verbinding tussen klant, creatie en productie. Je begeleidt projecten van briefing tot delivery en houdt alles op koers: planning, budget, communicatie en kwaliteit. Het werk loopt van social content tot grotere campagnes en TVC's. Je begint met ondersteuning vanuit het team en pakt steeds meer zelf op, met als doel grote campagnes zelfstandig te draaien. Je werkt nauw samen met het accountteam, klanten, creatieven, producers en postproductie. Je schrijft debriefs, zorgt dat briefings scherp zijn, vertaalt feedback goed en houdt voor iedereen helder wat er wanneer gebeurt. Wat ga je doen? - Projecten dagelijks aansturen, van briefing tot delivery. - Een belangrijk aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en sterke relaties opbouwen. - Planning, budgetten, deadlines en projectadministratie op orde houden. - Nauw samenwerken met creatie, productie en postproductie. - Het creatieve en productieproces begeleiden met heldere briefings en communicatie. - Werk voorbereiden en presenteren aan klanten. - Overzicht houden over alles wat loopt en problemen vroeg signaleren. - In oplossingen denken, zodat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en zoals afgesproken landen. - Gaandeweg grotere producties oppakken en doorgroeien naar het zelfstandig leiden van producties en TVC's. - Commerciële kansen zien en bestaande klanten helpen groeien. - Ondersteunen bij pitches, voorstellen en presentaties.
