Op de locatie in Arnhem werk je in een professioneel, betrokken team, goed bereikbaar met auto, OV en fiets, met parkeergelegenheid, fietsenstalling en laadpalen. Je combineert 32-40 uur per week werken op kantoor met tot de helft van je tijd thuis, met sterke digitale ondersteuning. Je werkt met tijdkritische zendingen, duidelijke KPI's (zoals responstijden, first time fix en on-time delivery) en leert hoe je data, processen en klantrelaties inzet om prestaties te verbeteren. Je krijgt beslisruimte binnen heldere kaders en wordt regelmatig gecoacht in 1-op-1 gesprekken. Daarnaast kun je via trainingen en coaching doorgroeien richting senior advisor, teamleider of (junior) accountmanager. Je profiteert van een bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 3.331,69, 23 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een individueel keuzebudget van 6,24% voor extra vrije dagen of uitbetaling. Jouw werkzaamheden als Account Specialist DHL Express: - Klantrelatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met een vaste set nationale en internationale key accounts via e-mail, telefoon en online meetings, zodat klanten één duidelijk aanspreekpunt hebben en weten waar ze aan toe zijn. - Operationele opvolging: Je monitort zendingen, signaleert verstoringen, handelt claims af en stemt af met operations, zodat afgesproken servicelevels en on-time delivery worden gehaald. - Service en escalaties: Je beantwoordt vragen en klachten, bewaakt responstijden en stuurt op first time...
