Je speelt een cruciale rol als verbinder tussen klant en organisatie. In de rol van Account Specialist zet jij de klant centraal en bouw je duurzame relaties op. Jij bent de go-to persoon voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen snel en professioneel worden afgehandeld. Je houdt continu contact met klanten en collega's, denkt vooruit, en lost problemen op voordat ze ontstaan. Samen met je team werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat elke logistieke uitdaging soepel wordt opgelost, zodat jullie de dag tevreden afsluiten. Wat je gaat doen: - Onderhouden van klantcontact via e-mail, telefoon en andere kanalen; - Beantwoorden van klantvragen of deze doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling; - Klanten voorzien van actuele informatie over onze diensten; - Duidelijke afspraken maken en naleven voor onze key accounts; - Verwerken van opdrachten in ons Transport Management Systeem; - Afmelden van zendingen in interne en externe systemen; - Toezien op naleving van afgesproken KPI's; - Opstellen en bijhouden van diverse rapportages; - Actief meewerken aan verbeteringen in werkprocessen; - Zorgen voor heldere communicatie en goede samenwerking binnen de Key Account afdeling en met andere teams.
