Ben jij Accountant AA en wil je meer dan alleen jaarrekeningen samenstellen en dossiers afwerken? In deze functie krijg je een eigen klantenportefeuille, denk je mee met ondernemers en ben je tegelijkertijd een belangrijke schakel binnen het accountancyteam. Je krijgt volop ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, klanten echt te leren kennen en jouw kennis in te zetten waar die het meeste waarde toevoegt. Daarnaast begeleid je assistent-accountants en ben je voor hen een ervaren sparringpartner.

Waarom deze functie interessant is? Omdat je hier inhoud, klantcontact en verantwoordelijkheid combineert. Geen functie waarin je alleen achter je bureau zit, maar een rol waarin je zichtbaar verschil maakt voor klanten en collega-s.

Wat ga je doen? Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor jouw relaties. Je kent hun financiële situatie en weet jouw kennis te vertalen naar duidelijke en praktische oplossingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: *Begeleiden en adviseren van een eigen klantenportefeuille; *Reviewen van dossiers en jaarstukken; *Bespreken van jaarstukken met klanten; *Signaleren van financiële en bedrijfsmatige ontwikkelingen; *Begeleiden en aansturen van assistent-accountants; *Fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner en vraagbaak voor collega's. *Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je klanten en werkzaamheden. Dit wordt jouw werkomgeving: Je gaat werken bij een groeiende organisatie binnen de financiële dienstverlening. Vanuit verschillende disciplines worden ondernemers en organisaties geholpen met accountancy, financiële vraagstukken en advies.
