Geen magazijn en geen vrachtwagens, wel software-abonnementen die verkoopteams in Europa en de VS dagelijks gebruiken. Deze scale-up groeide van één kantoor naar vennootschappen in meerdere landen, met terugkerende omzet en investeerders die maandelijks cijfers verwachten. Daarom bouwde ze een centrale accountingcel die alle entiteiten op dezelfde manier boekt en afsluit. Voor de regio Lint zoeken wij een Accountant Algemene Boekhouding die structuur brengt in dat tempo.

Takenpakket

  • Rapporteren voor de groep: je zorgt dat de groepsrapportering volledig en tijdig is, analyseert afwijkingen en werkt mee aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Boekingen en controles: je verwerkt grootboekboekingen, accruals en vaste activa, maakt balansreconciliaties en intercompany-afstemmingen en verzorgt de btw-aangiften.
  • Audit en processen: je bereidt auditdossiers voor en werkt mee aan uniforme procedures voor alle entiteiten.

Profiel

  • Een economisch diploma (bachelor/master) met ervaring in de algemene boekhouding; ervaring in een internationale of SSC-omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Belgische boekhoudkennis en btw, Excel als dagelijks instrument en ervaring met een ERP.
  • Gestructureerd, proactief en kwaliteitsbewust, met vlotte Nederlandse en Engelse communicatie.
