Als Accountant versterk je een internationale leverancier van beveiligingsoplossingen. Je komt terecht in een solide, ambitieuze en snelgroeiende organisatie waar financiële expertise, initiatief en samenwerking bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de business.

Je bent de rechterhand en sparringpartner van de Finance Manager België en vormt de brug met de AR-, AP- en GL-teams van het shared service center in Roemenië. Je combineert de coördinatie van de boekhouding met financiële analyses, rapportering en ondersteuning bij budgetten en forecasts.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van een tijdige, correcte en transparante boekhouding.
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en opportuniteiten.
  • Bewaken van omzet en marges en proactief meedenken met de business.
  • Rapporteren en presenteren van bevindingen aan de Finance Manager.
  • Meewerken aan budgetten, forecasts en businesscases.
  • Onderzoeken en voorstellen van verbeteringen in financiële processen.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de Finance Manager.
  • Afstemmen met de AR-, AP- en GL-teams van het shared service center.
  • Controleren en indienen van btw-aangiften, intracommunautaire opgaven, klantenlistings en enquêtes.
  • Ondersteunen, controleren en analyseren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je beschikt over een economisch diploma en minstens drie jaar werkervaring.
  • Financiële analyse en rapportering behoren tot je sterktes, met oog voor de achterliggende businesscontext.
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheers je goed en je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een gestructureerde en planmatige aanpak combineer je met nauwkeurigheid en een kritische blik.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden.
  • Leergierigheid en een open houding helpen je om te groeien in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Samenwerken gaat je goed af en je neemt een coachende, verbindende rol op.
  • Een dienstbare en klantgerichte houding maakt je een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s.
  • Problemen pak je oplossingsgericht aan en bij veranderende omstandigheden schakel je vlot.
  • Je herkent verschillende belangen, brengt partijen tot overeenstemming en bouwt vertrouwen op.
  • Duurzame relaties met klanten en andere stakeholders onderhoud je met aandacht voor het organisatiebelang.
