Jouw functie Als aankomend partner werk je direct met een interessante MKB-klantenportefeuille, waarover je (eind)verantwoordelijkheid draagt. Jij bent de vertrouwde sparringpartner voor ondernemers en bestuurders en levert hoogwaardige adviezen. Je stuurt een team van specialisten aan en begeleidt collega's in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast bouw je actief mee aan de groei en kwaliteit van jouw kantoor. Je hebt een ondernemende rol en denkt mee over kansen in de markt, vaktechniek en teamontwikkeling.
