Wil je niet alleen zorgen dat de financiële administratie op orde is, maar ook actief meedenken over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen? Dan is deze functie bij Scandia Gear iets voor jou! Als Accounting & Reporting Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk onderdeel van onze financiële administratie. Je speelt een centrale rol binnen het crediteurenproces, ondersteunt bij maandafsluitingen en accountantscontroles, daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om processen te optimaliseren en te digitaliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in Nederland en onze internationale vestigingen. Ook draag je bij aan verdere professionalisering van onze financiële afdeling. Kernverantwoordelijkheden In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed georganiseerd en betrouwbaar crediteurenproces en werk je actief mee aan het verbeteren van onze financiële organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)-proces en de verdere optimalisatie hiervan. - Ondersteunen en coachen van Accounting Administrators bij onder andere factuurverwerking, leveranciersadministratie en customer data. - Signaleren, initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen Finance. - Optimaliseren en verder digitaliseren van financiële processen en ons ERP-systeem. - Uitvoeren van periodieke werkzaamheden binnen onze Order-to-Cash (O2C)- en Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)-processen. - Samenstellen van controlebestanden en aanleveren van financiële informatie ten behoeve van interne en externe controles. - Assisteren bij de maandafsluiting en de voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse accountantscontrole. - A...
