Als Accountmanager (Customer Success Partner) ben jij het commerciële gezicht van Excent binnen Hub Noord, grofweg het gebied tussen Leeuwarden, Groningen en Zwolle. Je opent nieuwe deuren bij tandartspraktijken, bouwt actief aan je netwerk en weet nieuwe klanten aan Excent te verbinden. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat bestaande klanten tevreden blijven én verder met ons groeien. Je combineert new business met sterk accountmanagement en customer success. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de hub-/locatiemanager, onze vestigingen, marketing en de Digital Hero in jouw regio. Wat ga je doen In deze rol combineer je commercieel inzicht met praktijkgerichte ondersteuning en klantgericht denken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Nieuwe deuren openen: je bent actief in de markt, bouwt je netwerk uit en weet nieuwe tandartspraktijken aan Excent verbinden. Je signaliseert kansen, legt nieuwe contacten en werkt vanuit duidelijke commerciële en omzetdoelstellingen. - Relaties laten groeien: je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en weet wat er bij hen speelt. Je herkent kansen voor upselling en cross-selling en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete commerciële mogelijkheden. - Klanten succesvol maken: ...
