Als Accountmanager bij Scania Alkmaar krijg je de ruimte om te ondernemen, relaties uit te bouwen en klanten écht verder te helpen. Je begrijpt wat er speelt bij transportondernemers en weet dit te vertalen naar de juiste oplossing. Daarbij combineer je commerciële slagkracht met technische kennis en affiniteit met trucks. Klaar om jouw werkgebied, klanten en resultaat naar een hoger niveau te brengen? Dit ga je doen Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten en werkgebied binnen Regio Noord-West . Je bent veel onderweg, kent de transportwereld en weet wat er bij ondernemers speelt. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op, ontwikkelt nieuwe business en zorgt dat Scania voor jouw klanten de partner is én blijft. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject: - Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en ontwikkelen van new business binnen jouw werkgebied; - Adviseren van transportondernemers over trucks, wagenpark en passende transportoplossingen; - Begeleiden van het volledige verkoopproces , van het eerste contact en de inventarisatie van de behoefte tot offerte, onderhandelingen, deal en opvolging; - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen in de markt en deze vertalen naar concrete klantoplossingen; - Samenwerken met Sales, Service, Parts en andere collega's om klanten gedurende de hele klantrelatie optimaal te ondersteunen. Jouw werkgebied is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je bepaalt mede waar de kansen liggen, bouwt actief aan je netwerk en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het commerciële resultaat binnen jouw werkgebied.
