SERVICETECHNIEKER

Functie:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het jaarlijks onderhoud van de eerste brandbestrijdingsmiddelen op locatie bij klanten in West- Vlaanderen volgens de veiligheidsregels.
  • Jij bent de contactpersoon tussen het bedrijf en de klant. Je verleent dus ook technische informatie en commercieel advies
  • Je start met een theoretische opleiding waar je meer te weten komt over brandveiligheid, wetgeving, VCA, enz. Uiteraard krijg je ook een praktische opleiding waarbij je alle onderdelen van blussers, haspels en noodverlichting leert kennen en onderhouden.
  • Wanneer je de theorie en praktijk onder de knie hebt, ga je de baan op. In het begin zal je vergezeld worden door een senior technieker die je de verdere kneepjes van het vak leert op technisch vlak. Je planning komt steeds binnen op een tablet.
  • Nu de technische kant van de job geen geheimen meer heeft voor jou, leert je teamleader je goed en commercieel te communiceren met de klant. Aangezien jij hun visitekaartje bent, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor tevreden klanten.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technische feeling
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in een buitendienstfunctie.
  • Je bent een vlotte spreker en houdt je klanten graag tevreden.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Je kan zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken.
  • Je vindt het niet erg om alleen te werken.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in regio West Vlaanderen
