Dan hebben we bij GLS een mooie plek voor je. In het kort Als Accountmanager Fieldsales ben je veel onderweg en heb je volop contact met onze klanten. Je bouwt aan sterke, langdurige relaties en zorgt ervoor dat klanten GLS zien als een partner die met ze meedenkt. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werk en bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele salesproces: van het eerste contact en het binnenhalen van een nieuwe klant tot een goede overdracht naar onze logistieke operatie. Natuurlijk doe je dat niet alleen. Je werkt nauw samen met je salescollega's, de binnendienst en de teams op onze Parcel-vestigingen. Daarnaast zie je kansen waar anderen ze misschien nog niet zien. Je weet bestaande klanten verder te helpen met up- en cross-selling én gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten die passen bij GLS en onze manier van werken. Ons salesteam bestaat uit negen Accountmanagers Fieldsales, vier Major Accountmanagers, twee Accountmanagers Freight en een Salescoach. Je rapporteert aan de Salesmanager Fieldsales. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt aan een goede en duurzame relatie met je klanten. Zij zien GLS als een belangrijke partner en weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het salesproces van A tot Z, inclusief een goede en duidelijke overdracht naar onze logistieke operatie. - Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële kansen. Via gerichte acquisitie, maar ook door creatief te kijken naar andere mogelijkheden. - Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten bij hun eerste zendingen en zorgt samen met je collega's van de binnendienst dat alles administratief goed verloopt. - Je denkt mee over ontwikkelin...
