Als B2B Manager beheer je dagelijks je eigen klantenportefeuille en volg je zakelijke klanten en prospecten actief op.

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met zakelijke klanten en onderhoudt die via een zorgvuldige en correcte opvolging.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe zakelijke klanten en breidt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit.
  • Je bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, afspraken en aanvragen snel worden opgevolgd, bij voorkeur binnen 24 uur.
  • Je verkoopt producten en diensten aan zakelijke klanten volgens de omnichannelstrategie.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van de nationale B2B-strategie volgens de richtlijnen van het winkelmanagement.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan je portefeuille en stemt regelmatig af met het team en het winkelmanagement.
