Je werkt met warme leads, dus geen koude acquisitie, en krijgt alle ruimte om je commercieel talent verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale organisatie. Vanuit ons kantoor in Den Haag bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties, in een klein en gezellig team waar korte lijnen met je collega's en het management de norm zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Je brengt hun behoeften helder in kaart, adviseert over passende oplossingen en begeleidt het gehele commerciële traject: van eerste contact tot langdurige samenwerking. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met je directe collega's binnen het salesteam en schakelt regelmatig met het management, waarbij korte lijnen en gezamenlijk sparren de norm zijn. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Actief opvolgen van warme leads en opstellen van passende offertes; - Beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties; - Inventariseren van klantbehoeften en geven van gericht advies; - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken, inclusief onderhandelingen; - Vastleggen van contactmomenten en opvolgacties in het systeem; - Samen met je collega's werken aan commerciële doelstellingen en klantbehoud Hoe ziet succes eruit in deze functie?
