Dit ga je doen Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die werken met innovatieve zorgsoftware. Je maakt het product snel eigen, zodat je overtuigende online presentaties kunt geven en klanten écht verder helpt. Je beantwoordt vragen, volgt leads op en bewaakt actief de salespipeline. Daarnaast introduceer je als Accountmanager Binnendienst nieuwe diensten bij bestaande klanten en signaleer je kansen en trends in de markt. Ook aftersales en het zorgvuldig afhandelen van klantvragen en klachten maken deel uit van jouw afwisselende werkzaamheden. Een groot deel van je werkdag bestaat uit videocalls waarin je klanten adviseert, luistert naar hun wensen en samen met hen de beste oplossingen vindt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt veel contact met een betrokken en informeel team. Klanttevredenheid staat bij jou voorop en je vindt het leuk om duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
