Wat breng je mee - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële binnendienst- of accountmanagementfunctie; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlandse én Duitse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Engels is een sterke pré; - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Affiniteit met werken in een internationale (DACH-)omgeving; - Fulltime beschikbaarheid (38 uur per week); - Je bent een echt teamspeler; - Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en gestructureerde werkhouding. Wat ga je doen Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in Nederland en de DACH-regio. Vanuit ons kantoor in Elst bouw en onderhoud je sterke, duurzame relaties met zowel bestaande accounts als warme leads. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen talen en culturen, denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Intensief relatiebeheer via telefoon en e-mail in het Nederlands en Duits; - Adviseren van klanten over producten en diensten en het opstellen van offertes; - Het actief opvolgen van offertes en commerciële projecten; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van het CRM-systeem; - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst en meedenken over commeriële acties; - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en kansen binnen de Duitse markt.
