Investeerders zijn uitgekocht, processen zijn geoptimaliseerd, de vloot is vernieuwd en de marges zijn fors verbeterd. Hierdoor staat er vandaag een gezonde, ondernemende organisatie die volledig haar eigen koers bepaalt. En nu begint misschien wel het leukste gedeelte. De ambitie richting 2030 is om ongeveer vijf keer te groeien in omzet en afzet. Er wordt fors geïnvesteerd in nieuwe machines, digitalisering, verduurzaming en innovatieve oplossingen voor klanten. Daarnaast wordt gewerkt aan een nieuwe zusteronderneming, waardoor er de komende jaren ontzettend veel gaat gebeuren. Je komt terecht in een jong, ambitieus en hecht team waar hard werken, plezier maken en samen winnen hand in hand gaan. Geen corporate omgeving of stroperige besluitvorming, maar een platte organisatie met korte lijnen, veel vrijheid en een sterke ondernemersmentaliteit. Hier werken energieke mensen die samen willen groeien en bouwen aan succes. Als Accountmanager speel jij daarin een sleutelrol: je bent het gezicht naar de markt en draagt direct bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. De functie Je krijgt je eigen klantenportfolio en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van bestaande klanten én het creëren van nieuwe commerciële kansen. Ongeveer 80% van je focus ligt op bestaande relaties en 20% op uitbreiding en nieuwe business. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Business Developers, die nieuwe kansen signaleren en afspraken genereren, en met de Sales Manager, die verantwoordelijk is voor de commerciële strategie.
