Accountmanager Compliance - Nederlands Compliance Instituut (Utrecht) Nederlands Compliance Instituut B.V. Over de functie Wet- en regelgeving verandert voortdurend, en toezichthouders kijken steeds kritischer mee. Organisaties in de financiële sector en daarbuiten moeten hun mensen dus blijvend scherp houden op compliance en vakbekwaamheid. Het Nederlands Compliance Instituut helpt hen daarbij met een complete oplossing: inhoudelijke trainingen en opleidingen en een platform waarmee klanten de voortgang en naleving goed kunnen monitoren. Vanwege onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven accountmanager met passie voor Compliance. Onze ambitie We willen in Nederland én daarbuiten dé beste opleider op het gebied van Compliance zijn. In Nederland zijn we al stevig actief en we richten ons nu ook op de buitenlandse markt. Als accountmanager bouw je daar direct aan mee. Wat bieden wij? - Een brutosalaris tussen € 5.000,- en € 6.000,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een dienstverband tussen de 32 en 40 uur. - 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding én thuiswerkvergoeding. - Extra vakantiedagen, pensioen, opleidingsbudget hebben wij een eigenzinnige/flexibele kijk op, we lichten dit graag toe in onze gesprekken. - We zijn fan van flexibele werktijden en de vrijheid om grotendeels vanuit huis te werken (je krijgt dan ook een laptop en de benodigde spullen om je thuiswerkplek goed in te richten). - We ondersteunen je graag bij opleidingen die aansluiten bij jouw professionele groei. - Naast ruimte voor professionele groei helpen we je ook om mentaal en financieel fit te blijven, met een goede vibe op kantoor, verschillende soorten coaching en persoonlijk financieel advies. - En natuurlijk: leuke teamuitjes én genoeg andere momenten om elkaar beter te leren kennen en onze successen te delen. - We zijn dan ook niet voor niets al jaren een Great Place To Work!
