Dan is dit de plek voor jou! Als accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige sales- en matchproces tussen onze IT-consultants en opdrachtgevers. Je richt je op het bereiken van nieuwe klanten en het verder uitbouwen van bestaande relaties. Door goed te luisteren en door te vragen, breng je de uitdagingen en behoeften van opdrachtgevers scherp in kaart en vertaal je deze naar passende consultancy-oplossingen. Met jouw commerciële drive weet je new business te genereren en duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders, van IT-specialisten tot directie, en weet hen op de juiste manier te adviseren en te overtuigen. Je reageert snel op aanvragen, positioneert consultants effectief en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast ben je continu alert op kansen in de markt. Je wacht niet af, maar neemt zelf initiatief door nieuwe klanten te benaderen en bestaande relaties te verdiepen. Je werkt aan het aanscherpen van de salesstrategie en draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren van onze commerciële aanpak. Wat deze rol uniek maakt, is de enorme ruimte voor ondernemerschap en de vrijheid om je eigen commerciële aanpak te hanteren. Je bent niet slechts een uitvoerder van een bestaand plan, maar een pionier die de business van de grond af opbouwt en onze salesstrategie mede vormgeeft.
