Samen met de recruiters van onze detacheringsafdeling vorm je een geoliede machine, waarbij jij de belangrijke taak hebt om goede ICT-professionals actief te bemiddelen bij onze opdrachtgevers. De wensen en behoeften van de klant kan jij perfect overdragen aan je collega-recruiters, zodat zij vol enthousiasme op zoek gaan naar de juiste kandidaat en 'm binnen no time vinden. Ondanks dat we al een mooi netwerk hebben opgebouwd is acquisitie bij nieuwe opdrachtgevers een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw takenpakket. - Vrijheid om je functie zelf vorm te geven en kansen die je tegenkomt te pakken - Op een creatieve manier benader je prospects om deze te overtuigen - Je duikt het veld in en ervaart door gesprekken met huidige en nieuwe klanten wat Acknowledge voor toegevoegde waarde kan bieden - Jij gelooft in de kracht van aandacht en herhaling en investeert in een fijne relatie met klanten én kandidaten - Je richt je op uiteenlopende bedrijven in allerlei sectoren, zoals retail, zorg, overheden en scholen Je komt te werken in ons team van recruiters en accountmanagers. Samen werken jullie aan de beste resultaten en er wordt veel met elkaar gespard. Dit team kenmerkt zich door een informele sfeer en korte lijnen.
