Als Accountmanager New Business bij Jelle ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van onze klantenportefeuille. Je richt je actief op nieuwe bedrijven en onderzoekt waar commerciële kansen liggen. Je benadert prospects telefonisch, plant afspraken in en gaat met bedrijven in gesprek over hun personeelsvraagstukken. Door goed door te vragen krijg je inzicht in hun behoefte en adviseer je over een passende oplossing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject vanaf het eerste contact tot het moment waarop een samenwerking tot stand komt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het recruitmentteam. Zodra een klant een vacature of personeelsbehoefte heeft, zorgen jullie er samen voor dat de juiste kandidaten worden voorgesteld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Nieuwe bedrijven benaderen en afspraken inplannen - Telefonische en persoonlijke acquisitiegesprekken voeren - Nieuwe commerciële kansen signaleren en opvolgen - Personeelsvraagstukken inventariseren en klanten adviseren - Offertes en commerciële voorstellen bespre...
