Als accountmanager stel je heldere en competitieve offertes op voor klanten en prospecten. Je taken zijn:

  • Actief werven van nieuwe klanten en bezoeken van bestaande klanten.
  • Klantverzoeken behandelen en passende oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Samenwerken met het technische team om het voorstel en de werkbelasting te bepalen.
  • Schriftelijke offertes opstellen met overtuigende argumentatie en duidelijke gegevens.
  • Oplossingen overtuigend presenteren aan de klant.
  • Begeleiden van klanten door het hele proces, van scope-definitie tot oplevering.

Hoe ziet jouw profiel er uit?

  • Je hebt minimaal een IT-gerelateerde graduaatsopleiding of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Belangrijker is je succesvolle commerciële instelling en affiniteit met IT-oplossingen (infrastructuur)
  • Een commerciële flair straal je uit en je kunt klantbehoeften goed inschatten.
  • Je bent geduldig, nauwkeurig en schrikt niet terug voor administratie.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en enige kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
