Bouw aan langdurige klantrelaties én jouw eigen succes

Ben jij een commerciële professional die energie krijgt van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten én het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties? Wil je veel vrijheid, een aantrekkelijk bonusmodel en de kans om ondernemers in het MKB te helpen groeien met slimme IT-, software- en documentoplossingen? Dan is deze functie als Accountmanager Buitendienst iets voor jou.

Goed om te weten: dit is een vaste baan waarbij je rechtstreeks in dienst treedt bij de opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen? In deze zelfstandige salesfunctie krijg je de ruimte om jouw regio (Midden Nederland) commercieel verder uit te bouwen. Je bent eigenaar van je eigen klantenportefeuille, ziet kansen in de markt en zet deze om in duurzame samenwerkingen. Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel new business als relatiebeheer binnen jouw regio. Je voert gesprekken met ondernemers en besluitvormers, inventariseert hun uitdagingen en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Actief benaderen van nieuwe MKB-klanten en uitbreiden van jouw netwerk - Beheren en ontwikkelen van bestaande klantrelaties - Adviseren over hardware-, software- en digitaliseringsoplossingen - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen - Zelfstandig opstellen en uitvoeren van een accountplan - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen - Vastleggen en beheren van klantinformatie in het CRM-systeem

Je werkt met organisaties in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals automotive, zorg, logistiek, transport, maritiem en sport. Hierdoor is geen gesprek, klant of werkdag hetzelfde. Het gaat om een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week, waarbij je standplaats Wijchen is en je regelmatig onderweg bent naar klanten in jouw regio.

Wat bieden wij? - Salaris tussen € 3.300 en € 5.250 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur - Transparante bonusregeling zonder plafond - 26 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld - Persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 1.500 p
