Wij zijn actief in zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie en werken voor bouwbedrijven, vastgoedbedrijven, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen, overheden, woningcorporaties en VvE's. Onze missie? Samen met onze opdrachtgevers werken aan de daken van de toekomst. Wij willen een duurzame en meedenkende bouwpartner zijn. Met onze jarenlange expertise bieden wij een betrouwbaar totaalplan: van advies en regie tot uitvoering. Zo ontzorgen wij onze opdrachtgevers volledig op het gebied van dakoplossingen. Jouw functie Als Accountmanager Onderhoud en Renovatie ben jij hét gezicht van GR8 Roofs binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven werk je aan het verder uitbouwen van onze positie binnen deze sector. Je richt je op middelgrote en grote vastgoedbedrijven en bouwt actief aan duurzame relaties met onder andere beheerders, asset managers en VvE-besturen. Je ziet commerciële kansen, legt nieuwe contacten en weet deze om te zetten in langdurige samenwerkingen. Je werkgebied omvat Midden- en Zuid-Nederland, waaronder Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Zeeland, Zuid-Holland, Noord-Holland, Gelderland en Utrecht.
