Voor een familiaal bedrijf actief in reinigingsmachines en industriële oplossingen zoeken we een accountmanager. Deze onderneming, gevestigd in de regio Roeselare, is al meer dan 45 jaar een vaste waarde voor professionele en industriële klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Met een uitgebreid aanbod aan reinigingsmachines, verwarmingssystemen en beregeningsoplossingen, staat het team garant voor advies op maat en doorgedreven service na verkoop.

De onderneming telt een klein maar hecht team, waarbij elke medewerker een belangrijke rol speelt. Door de combinatie van technische expertise en persoonlijke aanpak, hebben ze een sterke reputatie opgebouwd in hun sector.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten en versterken van het vertrouwen in de dienstverlening
  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Aanbieden van technisch advies op maat, aangepast aan elke specifieke situatie
  • Uitwerken van offertes en technische oplossingen in nauwe samenwerking met het interne team
  • Opvolgen van de volledige verkoopcyclus, vanaf het eerste contact tot de nazorg
  • Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor de klant in het kader van aftersales en service
  • Zelfstandig beheren van de eigen agenda en planning van klantbezoeken
  • Beschikken over een technisch diploma of aantoonbare ervaring in mechanica, elektrotechniek of industriële toepassingen
  • Enkele jaren commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving
  • Kennis van of ervaring met een CRM-systeem is een bijkomend voordeel
