Je opereert in een omgeving waar maatschappelijke vraagstukken, politieke ontwikkelingen en complexe uitdagingen samenkomen. Juist daar maak jij het verschil. Als Accountmanager overheid ben jij het gezicht van HUBSUB binnen de publieke sector. Dankzij jouw commerciële ervaring en scherpe inzicht weet je kansen te signaleren, relaties op strategisch niveau uit te bouwen en opdrachtgevers te adviseren over capaciteits- en kennisvraagstukken. Je onderhoudt contacten met beleidsmedewerkers, teamleiders en afdelingsmanagers binnen gemeenten, provincies, woningcorporaties en andere publieke organisaties. Je begrijpt de uitdagingen waarmee zij te maken hebben en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen door de inzet van onze medewerkers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van een sterk netwerk binnen de overheid. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen en kansen binnen het sociaal en fysiek domein. - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over actuele vraagstukken en personele uitdagingen. - Acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Matchen van klantvragen met de expertise van onze medewerkers. - Onderhandelen over tarieven, contracten en samenwerkingsafspraken. - Fungeren als strategische sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als collega's. Een gemeente staat voor een grote opgave binnen het sociaal domein door nieuwe wet- en regelgeving vanuit het Rijk.
