We willen onze klanten echt kennen, begrijpen wat er bij hen speelt en vroeg meedenken over wat er in de toekomst nodig is. Als Accountmanager speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Jouw rol Als Accountmanager ben jij voor jouw opdrachtgevers een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt en gesprekspartner. Je kent hun organisatie, ambities en uitdagingen en kijkt verder dan de opdracht van vandaag. Je ziet kansen, stelt de vraag achter de vraag en durft klanten ook uit te dagen als je denkt dat het anders of beter kan. Samen met planvoorbereiders en andere collega's vertaal je klantvragen naar concrete kansen en projecten. Je hoeft de technische oplossing niet zelf uit te werken, maar begrijpt wel wat we aanbieden. Daardoor kun je de juiste vragen stellen over keuzes, risico's, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële resultaat en een gezonde orderportefeuille van jouw klanten. Daarbij draait het niet om zoveel mogelijk omzet, maar om het juiste werk. Werk dat past bij de klant en bij Rutges en dat we samen goed kunnen waarmaken. Binnen Rutges verbind je de klant met de organisatie. Met jouw klantteam houd je zicht op kansen, afspraken en resultaten. Ook binnen ketensamenwerkingen pak je een actieve rol. Samen met opdrachtgevers en co-makers stel je de processen voor de samenwerking op en blijf je die verbeteren. Zo maken we de samenwerking steeds slimmer en beter.
