Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Accounts Payable Accountant (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een toonaangevende en groeiende organisatie binnen een gespecialiseerde technische en projectgerichte sector.

Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn analytische aanpak, moderne financiële processen en sterke focus op samenwerking.

De onderneming is gevestigd in Herentals en biedt een stabiele werkomgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen finance.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Accounts Payable Accountant (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Verwerken van alle aankoopfacturen voor meerdere entiteiten in Odoo, Exact Online en KPD.
  • Correct toewijzen van boekingsperiodes, waaronder verzekeringen en OV‑kosten.
  • Beheren van AP‑mailboxen en opvolgen van conceptfacturen.
  • Aanleggen, opvolgen en indien nodig terugdraaien van voorzieningen, inclusief kosten "onder de lijn".
  • Uitvoeren van analytische boekingen op basis van kostenplaatsen en projecten.
  • Aanmaken van investeringen in overleg met de GL Accountant, inclusief afschrijvingstermijnen.
  • Dagelijks verwerken van een hoog volume facturen (circa 50 items).
  • Boeken van Visa‑transacties.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en interne collega's omtrent PO's en projectinformatie.
  • Invullen van periodieke checklists en meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie (zoals OCR‑herkenning en uploadflows).
  • Ondersteunen tijdens sluitingen, onder andere bij voorzieningen en IC‑afstemming.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Accounts Payable Accountant (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Je beschikt over ongeveer 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Accounts Payable.
  • Je hebt kennis van Odoo; ervaring met Exact Online is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan werken binnen analytische boekhouding (kostenplaatsen en projecten).
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert efficiënt met leveranciers en interne betrokkenen.
  • Je toont interesse in digitalisatie en optimalisatie van AP‑processen.
  • Ervaring in een bouw- of projectomgeving is een troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent bereid om door te groeien richting GL‑taken.
