In deze rol als Accounts Payable Specialist houd je grip op facturen, betalingen en cashflow bij een innovatieve producent in Venlo. Je zorgt dat processen soepel verlopen, werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en houdt overzicht in een dynamische financiële omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een toonaangevende producent in Venlo, zorg je dat de crediteurenadministratie foutloos en up-to-date is. Je verwerkt inkomende facturen en controleert of alles juist is gecodeerd en goedgekeurd. Daarnaast volg je goedkeuringsprocessen op zodat betalingen op tijd kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je stelt wekelijks cashflowprognoses op en draagt bij aan de financiële planning. Ook help je bij maandafsluitingen en ondersteun je de finance-afdeling bij het oplossen van vragen of verschillen. In deze rol onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen om afwijkingen te signaleren en op te lossen. Je zorgt dat stamgegevens kloppen en verwerkt reis- en onkostendeclaraties. Door jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze blijft de administratie betrouwbaar en overzichtelijk. Met jouw inzet draag je direct bij aan een sterke financiële basis binnen de organisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen en zorgen voor juiste codering en tijdige goedkeuring; • Opvolgen van goedkeuringsprocessen om tijdige betalingen te garanderen en de cashflow te optimaliseren; • Opstellen en analyseren van wekelijkse cashflowprognoses ter ondersteuning van de financiële planning; • Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders om vragen en afwijkingen op te lossen; • Bijdragen aan de maandafsluiting door het aanleveren en controleren van financiële gegevens; • Signaleren van procesverbeteringen binnen de crediteurenadministratie en bij...
