Notre service Achat

La MC est soumise à la législation sur les marchés publics. Le service Achat encadre les processus d'achat de toutes les marchandises, services et travaux du groupe CM-CM et de ses partenaires stratégiques, afin de bénéficier des conditions les plus avantageuses lors de nos achats. Nous gérons les dossiers d'achat, élaborons des politiques d'achat, harmonisons les processus d'achat et concluons des contrats à long terme et des accords-cadres. Avec enthousiasme et un certain sens du service, nous développons un partenariat avec nos clients internes. Au sein du groupe MC-CM, les achats IT représentent une part importante des dépenses fournisseurs. Cela concerne différents domaines : - Services (contigent labour, consultancy) - Software & SAA (entre autres security) - Telecom & network (data, mobile, fixed) - Infrastructure & Cloud (servers, laptops, storage, hosting)

Votre rôle en tant qu'acheteur-acheteuse IT

- Vous analysez les besoins de l'organisation et des clients internes, et en collaboration avec eux vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie d'achat. Vous travaillez notamment avec les équipes techniques pour comprendre leurs besoins et les spécifications techniques. - Sur base de la stratégie d'achat, vous aidez les clients internes à acheter de la manière la plus appropriée afin qu'ils en retirent la plus grande valeur possible. Tout cela dans le cadre réglementaire des marchés publics. - Vous gérez des dossiers d'achat pour des produits et services IT. - Vous êtes responsable du sourcing de vos dossiers, de la prospection à l'attribution du marché. - Vous établissez un planning et des objectifs par dossier et veillez à ce que les échéances et les objectifs fixés soient respectés. - Vous gérez les fournisseurs IT : négocier les contrats, suivre les performances, renégocier les prix. - Vous optimisez les coûts en trouvant le bon équilibre entre performance, fiabilité et budget. - Vous veillez au suivi des contrats de maintenance, assurez le renouvellement ponctuel des licences et des contrats, et surveillez les échéances du marché IT. - Vous collaborez avec vos collègues à l'élaboration de plans de catégorie pour différentes catégories d'achats.

- Vous avez de l'expérience comme acheteur-acheteuse IT. - Vous avez de l'expérience en marchés publics (ou vous êtes très intéressé·e de vous développer dans ce domaine). - Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais. - Vous êtes proactif/ve et orienté·e client. - Vous êtes précis·e. - Vous êtes en mesure de travailler de manière autonome. - Vous êtes pragmatique. - Vous avez des fortes capacités en réflexion analytique. - Vous avez de l'expérience dans la conduite de négociations. - Vous avez de solides compétences en communication.
