Voor het endoscopisch platform zoeken we een gedreven adjunct hoofdverpleegkundige die samen met ons de zorg naar een hoger niveau tilt. Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Als adjunct hoofdverpleegkundige sta jij centraal in de zorg voor onze patiënten. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jouw rol is zowel uitdagend als veelzijdig. Je draagt niet alleen bij aan de best mogelijke behandeling, maar ook aan de warme, persoonlijke benadering waar UZ Brussel bekend om staat.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Het coördineren van de dagelijkse werking op het endoscopisch platform.
  • Het waarborgen van patiëntgerichte, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
  • Het coachen en motiveren van het verpleegkundig team en het stimuleren van hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Het ondersteunen van veranderingsprocessen en het implementeren van nieuwe zorgconcepten.
  • Actief deelnemen aan overleg en meehelpen om strategische doelstellingen te realiseren.

Welke collega zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste verpleegkundige met leiderschapskwaliteiten die zichzelf herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Ervaring en expertise: Je bent bachelor (of master) in de verpleegkunde, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een specialisatie of relevante ervaring in endoscopie.
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is de voertaal binnen UZ Brussel, en het is belangrijk dat je deze taal vlot beheerst. Een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Empathisch en patiëntgericht: je hebt oog voor de mens achter de patiënt en straalt rust en vertrouwen uit.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel: je houdt het hoofd koel in uitdagende situaties en past je moeiteloos aan wisselende omstandigheden aan.
  • Leergierig: je staat te popelen om je kennis en vaardigheden te blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Teamspeler: Je hebt een proactieve, resultaatgerichte houding en weet anderen te inspireren. Je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
