Als Administrateur combineer je financiële administratie met analyse en rapportage. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers, signaleert afwijkingen en vertaalt financiële informatie naar duidelijke inzichten. Je stelt periodecijfers op en zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële rapportages. Je analyseert de resultaten, signaleert afwijkingen en kijkt naar wat deze cijfers betekenen voor de organisatie. Je bent daarnaast sparringpartner voor het Afdelingshoofd Administratie. Je denkt mee over financiële vraagstukken en over het verbeteren en automatiseren van administratieve processen. Tegelijkertijd blijf je praktisch betrokken bij de dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: • Periodecijfers en financiële rapportages opstellen en resultaten analyseren • De financiële administratie controleren en jaarafsluitingen ondersteunen • Financiële mutaties en journaalposten verwerken en controleren • Debiteurenbeheer uitvoeren en meedenken over betere administratieve processen Je houdt ook zicht op openstaande posten en de opvolging van betalingen. Waar nodig pak je andere administratieve werkzaamheden op, zodat de dagelijkse administratie goed blijft draaien. Over de werkgever Je gaat werken bij een technisch bedrijf in de buurt van Zwolle. Binnen de organisatie werken verschillende afdelingen samen en speelt de financiële administratie een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de bedrijfsvoering. Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving met korte lijnen en hebt vanuit jouw functie contact met verschillende collega's binnen de organisatie.
