Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verwerkt en controleert verkoop- en aankoopfacturen en ondersteunt de dagelijkse boekhouding.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van projecten en ondersteunt de calculatie- en herstellingsdienst.
  • Je stelt wekelijks rapporteringen op voor de directie en bewaakt een correcte administratie.
  • Je verzorgt de eerstelijnstelefonie tijdens de afgesproken permanentiemomenten en verbindt oproepen correct door.
  • Je neemt diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken op en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van preventie en welzijn op het werk.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een administratieve en/of boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse of 4/5 tewerkstelling.
