Heb jij een bachelor op zak en ben je op zoek naar een veelzijdige administratieve functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt?

In deze rol combineer je een sterk administratief luik binnen aankoop met een ondersteunende rol aan het onthaal.

Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar je snel moet kunnen schakelen en waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • €3.000 – €3.600 bruto volgens ervaring en kennis
  • 10 ADV-dagen bovenop je 20 verlofdagen
  • 70% aankoop en slechts 30% onthaal & telefonie

Aankoop & administratie – 70%

  • Je maakt aankooporders op en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig.
  • Je volgt orderbevestigingen op en controleert of alles correct verloopt.
  • Je communiceert met leveranciers over levertermijnen, afwijkingen en ontbrekende informatie.
  • Je anticipeert op mogelijke problemen en neemt zelf initiatief om zaken vooruit te helpen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in SAP en werkt dagelijks met het MS Office-pakket.
  • Je ondersteunt de aankoopafdeling bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden.

Onthaal & telefonie – 30%

  • Je beantwoordt de telefooncentrale en zorgt voor een professionele communicatie.
  • Je ontvangt bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je ondersteunt het secretariaat bij onder andere vergaderruimtes en wagenparkbeheer.
  • Je helpt bij de organisatie van dienstreizen en de planning van de boodschapper/chauffeur.
  • Je werkt volgens de interne procedures en rapporteert aan de Managing Director.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en brengt de nodige maturiteit mee.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt een cijfermatige ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent een doener die graag zaken vastpakt en opvolgt.
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen aankoop, administratie, telefonie en onthaal.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office; ervaring met SAP en/of Navision is een plus.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een voltijdse functie.
