Voor een autogarage zoeken wij een gemotiveerde administratief bediende die een veelzijdige functie wil opnemen en de rechterhand wordt van de zaakvoerder.

Jouw taken

  • Opstellen en beheren van planningen.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van afspraken voor technische controles en keuringen.
  • Voertuigen aanbieden bij de keuring.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Beheer van onze sociale media-kanalen.
  • Maken van foto's en video's van voertuigen en deze aantrekkelijk publiceren op sociale media.
  • Klanten vriendelijk verder helpen aan de balie en telefonisch.
  • Zelfstandig de garage mee opvolgen wanneer de zaakvoerder afwezig is.
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere groei en werking van het bedrijf.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in auto's; dit is een absolute must.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en bent klantvriendelijk.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Technische kennis van auto's is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent flexibel, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
