Als Administratief Bediende Onthaal te Westerlo ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je staat in voor een vlotte administratie en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Jouw taken

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van verkooporders.
  • Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van facturatie.
  • Beheren en verwerken van vervoersdocumenten.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van douanedocumenten.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van diverse processen.
  • Ontvangen en verder helpen van bezoekers.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van gegevens in de interne systemen.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het team.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen een administratieve functie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met facturatie, transportdocumenten en douanedocumenten is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Basiskennis Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Diploma is minder belangrijk dan ervaring en inzet.
  • Je bent matuur, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
