Wat jij gaat doen?

Als Order verwerker ben je de cruciale schakel tussen verkoop en bestelling. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke verkochte keuken administratief, technisch en financieel volledig correct wordt verwerkt. Je werkt nauw samen met het verkoop- en aankoopteam om een vlekkeloze bestelling flow te garanderen.

Jouw taken:

  • Controleren: Verkochte keukens nakijken op juistheid en volledigheid van de bestelling.
  • Vergelijken: Digitale ontwerpen, bestelbonnen en leveranciersprijzen naast elkaar leggen om afwijkingen op te sporen.
  • Nakijken: Marges, prijzen en technische specificaties controleren op correctheid en haalbaarheid.
  • Signaleren: Fouten of onduidelijkheden melden aan verkopers of aankoopdienst voor verdere opvolging.
  • Goedkeuren: Definitieve goedkeuring geven of een bijkomende controle opstarten indien nodig.
  • Bijdragen: Meewerken aan een vlotte en foutloze bestellingsflow binnen het bedrijf.

Wie jij bent?

  • Nauwkeurig en oog voor detail: Je werkt uiterst zorgvuldig en laat geen fouten door de vingers glippen.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden: Je hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht en houdt van gestructureerd en overzichtelijk werken.
  • Ervaring of kennis van de keukenbranche: Technische plannen, materialen of productkennis zijn een pluspunt.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je kan vlot werken met systemen, software en digitale tools die nodig zijn voor orderbeheer.
  • Georganiseerd en gestructureerd: Je kan meerdere bestellingen tegelijk opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Communicatief en teamgericht: Je communiceert helder met collega’s en andere afdelingen en werkt graag samen aan een vlot proces.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin: Je bent de kwaliteitsfilter tussen verkoop en bestelling en neemt ownership over je taken.
