Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en ben jij iemand die het meteen opmerkt wanneer informatie ontbreekt of niet lijkt te kloppen?

Voor een familiale KMO, actief in keuken- en badkamermeubilair, zoeken we een administratief bediende die zich zal focussen op de verwerking en opvolging van bestellingen voor badkamermeubilair.

We zoeken geen specialist in badkamers. Die productkennis kun je leren.

We zoeken vooral iemand die gestructureerd werkt, logisch nadenkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar dossiers.

Wat houdt je job in?

Klanten en partners bezorgen bestellingen die vervolgens correct verwerkt moeten worden.

Jij controleert de ontvangen informatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct in het ERP-systeem terechtkomt.

Concreet:

  • ontvang en controleer je bestellingen;
  • verwerk je orders administratief in het ERP-systeem;
  • controleer je of alle noodzakelijke informatie aanwezig is;
  • merk je fouten, onduidelijkheden of tegenstrijdigheden op;
  • vraag je bijkomende informatie wanneer iets niet duidelijk is;
  • communiceer je telefonisch en via e-mail met klanten en partners;
  • stem je af met collega's van onder andere aankoop, planning, logistiek en productie;
  • volg je je eigen dossiers zelfstandig op.

Je bent dus niet iemand die gegevens zomaar kopieert.

Je controleert eerst of wat je ingeeft ook daadwerkelijk klopt.

Misschien werk je vandaag als administratief bediende, medewerker orderadministratie, customer service medewerker, commercieel bediende of binnendienstmedewerker.

Je exacte functietitel vinden we minder belangrijk.

We kijken vooral naar hoe je werkt en denkt.

Je:

  • werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • houdt van structuur en overzicht;
  • denkt logisch en praktisch;
  • merkt het op wanneer informatie ontbreekt;
  • durft bijkomende vragen te stellen;
  • neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk;
  • kunt zelfstandig je dag en dossiers organiseren;
  • communiceert graag met klanten en collega's;
  • bent leergierig en staat ervoor open om de producten goed te leren kennen.
  • Ervaring met ERP is een must

Er wordt gewerkt met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Ervaring met Business Central, Navision of een ander ERP-pakket is een sterke troef, maar vooral je vermogen om nieuwe systemen en processen te begrijpen is belangrijk.

Ook een goede kennis van Microsoft Office komt van pas.

Nederlands & Frans

Omdat je contact hebt met Nederlandstalige en Franstalige klanten en partners, kun je je in beide talen voldoende professioneel uitdrukken via telefoon en e-mail.
