Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Stock Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van onze voorraad. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opzetten, implementeren en optimaliseren van inventory control-processen en voorraadtellingen.
  • Monitoren, analyseren en verbeteren van de voorraadprocessen.
  • Waken over de correcte voorraadgegevens in onze systemen (aantallen én prijzen).
  • Opstellen van prognoses voor voorraadbehoeften en verbruiken om een optimaal voorraadniveau te garanderen en overstock of stockbreuken te voorkomen.
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen voor ingrediënten, machines en onderdelen.
  • Beheren van externe voorraden in verschillende magazijnen en filialen.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van voorraadverschillen en foutieve voorraadboekingen.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en analyses rond voorraadnauwkeurigheid en procesprestaties.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een nauwkeurige en analytische professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en processen continu wil verbeteren.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een sterk analytisch denk- en werkniveau.
  • Ervaring met warehouse management systemen (WMS).
  • Een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Frans en Engels.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Stressbestendigheid, klantgerichtheid en een echte teamspirit.
