The posting

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten via telefoon en mail. Je luistert en geeft advies over producten, prijzen, beschikbaarheid en levertermijnen.

• Je beheert het volledige orderproces, van offerteaanvraag over orderbevestiging tot levering , in ons ERP-systeem (Exact Online).

• Je houdt klant- en leveranciersgegevens correct bij in Exact Online en HubSpot (CRM).

• Je bent de rechterhand van onze bestuurder Peter-Jan: je bereidt offertes en klantendossiers mee voor en zorgt dat wat op de baan wordt afgesproken, intern correct wordt uitgevoerd.

• Je bouwt aanbestedingsdossiers administratief op, verzamelt de nodige attesten en productinformatie en bewaakt de indieningsdeadlines.

• Je volgt herstellingen, vervangingen, bruikleen en demo’s administratief op, van ontvangst tot terugkoppeling aan de klant.

• Je registreert klachten en retouren en volgt ze op tot ze volledig zijn afgehandeld

• Je ontvangt goederen, pickt orders, maakt zendingen verzendklaar en stelt leverbonnen en verzenddocumenten op.

• Onze processen zijn opgebouwd volgens de kwaliteitsprincipes van ISO 13485 en de Europese wetgeving op medische hulpmiddelen (MDR). Je werkt volgens onze procedures, houdt ze mee actueel en zegt het als iets beter kan.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met enkele jaren ervaring in verkoopbinnendienst, orderadministratie, klantendienst of sales support in een B2B-omgeving. Ervaring in de medische sector of met aanbestedingen is een pluspunt.

• Je werkt vlot met ERP- en CRM-software en MS 365. Ervaring met Exact Online of HubSpot is mooi meegenomen; wie snel nieuwe systemen oppikt, leren we de rest.

• Je neemt de telefoon graag op. Klantcontact is voor jou geen onderbreking van je werk, het ís je werk. Je blijft rustig en vriendelijk

• Eigenaarschap. Een vraag die bij jou binnenkomt, volg je op tot ze echt afgehandeld is

• Commerciële reflex. Je ziet customer service niet als louter administratie, maar als de plek waar klanten beslissen of ze terugkomen.

• Heldere communicatie. Je zegt wat je doet en doet wat je zegt. Informatie die collega’s nodig hebben, deel je uit jezelf.

• Een brede blik. In een klein team is een job breder dan de functietitel. Een zending mee klaarmaken of een collega vervangen hoort er vanzelfsprekend bij.

• Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en goed in het Engels; Frans is een echte troef.
