Je ondersteunt collega’s, volgt dossiers op en bewaakt de financiële flow zodat alles netjes klopt. De functie inhoud Wat doe je als Administratief boekhoudkundig bediende?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beheert de dagelijkse kantoorflow, inclusief mailbox en briefwisseling.
  • Bestellingen voor kantoor en werfmateriaal volg je op en je onderhoudt het contact met leveranciers.
  • Je maakt offertes, contracten en facturen op en beheert de administratie van lopende projecten.
  • Aankoopfacturen en betalingen boek je correct in en je rapporteert aan de hoofdboekhouder.
  • Je ondersteunt de personeelsadministratie: nieuwe collega’s verwelkomen, documenten voorbereiden, uurregistraties controleren en opleidingen coördineren.
  • Administratieve taken zoals archiveren, verwerken van verslagen en algemene ondersteuning van het team behoren tot jouw dagelijkse routine.
