Wie zoeken we?

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring opgebouwd, bij voorkeur binnen een chemische omgeving
  • Je bent communicatief, werkt goed samen met collega's en externe partijen en je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en accuraat
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels

Functieomschrijving

In de rol van administratief coördinator afvalstromen ondersteun je de manager waarbij je dagelijkse opvolging van afvalstromen voor industriële klanten zult verwerken. Je verwerkt analyses, beheert dossiers in Excel en SAP en je stemt af met collega's in Nederland, België en externe partners. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurig aanpak verlopen administratieve processen vlot en correct.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je behandelt aanvragen rond industriële afvalstromen
  • Je volgt staalnames en analyseresultaten op
  • Je verwerkt gegevens zoals tonnages, analyseresultaten en coderingen in Excel en SAP
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in Nederland en België voor een correcte verwerking van het dossier
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van externe partners
  • Je zoekt mee naar oplossingen bij operationele uitdagingen of afwijkingen

Kortom: geen pure administratieve functie, maar een afwisselende rol waarin je impact maakt op een efficiënte en duurzame verwerking van afvalstromen
